Google held an event called "Doodle 4 Google", a competition for schools around their new London headquarters to design their own Google Doodles. The entries were judged by the Doodler Dure himself, Dennis Hwang, among others, and five finalists were chosen.

Here are all five, starting with the one that won, which was featured on the Google UK homepage on November 17, 2005:
